Terence Baptiste, skillCONNECT participant and senior legal counsel at T. Rowe PriceâI am interested in the skillCONNECT event because it gives me the opportunity to use my legal expertise to help a non-profit organization working for racial equity. I have looked for opportunities in recent years to get more involved in my community to advance racial equity, but I have struggled to find my place as I have no experience in this area. Being able to help an organization in this space using the skills I learned at T. Rowe Price is the opportunity I was looking for. During this event, I hope to be able to give a non-profit organization concrete steps that will help address the business challenges it faces.Learn more about Terence and his interests in this video.
